Always a great show to be in, this year I'm going to see it first hand. And the book looks amazing.

The Goodfoot in Portland will host a huge rock poster show and book signing in December. The Art of Musical Maintenance 5 opens Thursday, December 4th from 5pm-11pm, then runs till January 26th. The Goodfoot is located at 2845 SE Stark in Portland, OR. The show will feature 300 framed concert posters by over 50 artists. Participating artists include Guy Burwell, Emek, Dan McCarthy, Dan Grzeca, Burlesque Design, and about every other relevant rock poster artist out there. They will also be releasing a 104 page book featuring 25 of the artists.

We had a great time at Zstock at Tilburg in The Netherlands & Flatstock in Hamburg Germany at Reeperbahn 2008. We met tons of great people on both sides of the tables.. too much fun.. and traveling europe was inspiring.

Update: Awesome show. The posters sold out before the first band went on the second night so I got to really see the show. The band was great, rockin psychedelic plus a pedal steel guitar.

This was a pretty cool event. Lots of great music both days and they scheduled it so that the music alternated between the 2 stages so there was always someone on and no overlap. I had a booth both days all day.

This festival was a lot of fun.. I wonder if I was a carny in a past life.

Some drying carnivalized skeleton mono prints for the Summer of Love and Treasure Island Noise Pop events that are coming up. It was a beautiful evening here. I was on the roof of the building spray painting fluorsecent backgrounds using a cut-out print for a stencil.
