Bruce Hilvitz
I recently reconnected with an old friend via the internet: Bruce Hilvitz. He put together several Comix publications in the early 90's and we hung out and worked together on some stuff. I remember spending a day out at Rip-Off Press laying out HECK! with paste-up boards using hot wax machines. The days before undo.
Now Bruce has a nice set up in Pueblo Colorado where he does everything from design work to high quality screen printing. It's Ink&Design at flatwurks.com
I'm a long time proud owner of the Charles Burns illustration of William S. Burroughs that Bruce and Don Donahue beautifully printed. (shown here) I believe it was printed in the space where Don previously printed Zap Comix!
